DeleteObj "*.*.polymsh.cls.*"
This should do the trick. if not, select the cluster obj in the explorer(not the blue 'n orange icon), look at your script editor for the name, replace a few specifics with "*" and it should work.

the actual script to remove cluster materials is DeleteObj "*.cls.*.material" or something like that
