Back These files are called "originals". Basically you have to charge the client big bucks if he wants them. Because you are giving away the exclusivity of the media files. I don't think there is a law to handle this. You might refuse to sell as well, but I don't know if the client has rights over that. The rights of the clients generally cover only what you deliver, not the originals.
