Back Hmm - don't know about that - the client paid for the finished Ad/Video/Film - If you approached Boeing to build you a 747 and they happened to build some jigs to make the wings up - I am pretty sure you wouldn't get those too!! Also BMW wouldn't give you the CAD stuff for a 318i when you buy one!! As I see it the Database is actually a tool to create the Movie!!
