.map files in render farms

.map files in render farms

Hello again,

In scenes destined to be sent to renderfarm, if you use .map files for
textures, is it better to set their data management to Broadcast or Read
>From Disk?

I would have assumed Read From Disk to minimize memory usage, but would have
additional advice on that matter. All .map files are stored on a single
location on the network.

Thanks
Bernard
