Back We had it too on Quadro FX 2000 card, thought the card was wrong and got it changed but still the same. (XSI v3.5) But after upgrading to 3.51 no problem, but the weird thing is it had no problem on the other machine which had the same card same machine. I should say it's not only XSI that's wrong, it's the compatible between the machine and the card and XSI, so if this happens I'd say it's a bad luck. (just my thought so maybe I'm wrong)

For reference: It happens both on Wildcat VP and Nvidia Quadro4 cards, in both XP pro and 2K pro. Latest drivers, always.
