Back
Go under Setting/Preferences and click on Timeline.
There you have all your choices: 30fps, 24fps, OTHER, etc. Choose OTHER and
set the number to what you want.

but I can't find anywhere to set maya to 20 fps internally (or any
random fps besides the standard ((15, 30, 60, etc etc))).
