Mental Ray 3.2 P4 2004-02-25 - By Jim Rothrock
Back First, specify "-threads 1" on the mental ray command line, and see whether that solves the problem. If that doesn't work, disable hyperthreading. If either of these approaches fixes the problem, it is likely that there is non-thread-safe code in either the renderer or the shaders. Do you have any custom shaders in your scene, or just XSI shaders? -- Jim Rothrock | jimr@(protected) -- -- Original Message -- -- From: "Sascha" <sa@(protected)> To: <XSI@(protected)> Sent: Wednesday, February 25, 2004 6:36 AM Subject: Mental Ray 3.2 P4
