IK/FK pose to pose in Animation Mixer

Yes, example:

Make sure no clips effecting the FK/IK blend parameter, then key it at 0
for FK, key the rots of the bones then select top root/null above, and
then either clear marking and mark the kinematic chain>blendIk/FK and
the bones keyed rots, then animate>actiosns>store>marked
parameters-fcurves, or branch select a top root/null above all effected
and just animate>actions>store>animated paramters-fcurves and the keyed
FK/IK blend and keyed oris will store together.
Then key the FK/IK blend parameter at 1 for IK, key the effector at
various pos then branch select a top root/null above all effected and
animate>actions>store animated paramters-fcurves.
Drag two new actions as clips to mixer and mix.

But the method I use is to mark the IK/FK blend parameter store marked
params into seperate actions instead of including them with the pose
clips to gain greater visual control for eg. if more than two clips are
overlapping etc.
