in first bone of chain go to KinematicJoint>resolution plane>roll and
change the value to 180 to flip back

i have a rig built from the rig guide and when i go to check the knee

it bends towards the other knee..

now my knee bends forwards to back

is there any way to correct its direction on the already built rig or
should i have to correct it in the proportional rig guide, if i do that
sux because i dont know how to see where its bending
