Steve,

Couple months back I signed on the CgChannel promotion through Sherweb
Solutions...got the CgChannel Basic plan...was around $10 a month US and got
me 100MB of space on a linux server, 24/7 support and decent download speeds
(50kbps and up is what most people have told me).  So far there haven't been
any errors from anyone downloading from my site or complaints of slow
speeds.  http://www.cgchannel.com/hosting/hosting.jsp  Hopefully that helps
you out a bit there, it's unlimited transfers per month as well...good
support too!

Cheers,

Shawn McClelland
