Back well... take it with a pinch of salt since it's a dawn of times kind of experience :) but my problem was that the situation sort of put nVIDIA's drivers calls (the main card's and the secondary's) into a conflicting situation. it's such an uncommon situation (to want to use 3 monitors) that I don't know how much effort went into fixing this issue, couldn't blame any manufacturer if they ignored it.
if you can test the solution before making any purchases it would be the best thing.
