Messageyes im logged as admin, tcp is working because im connectedto internet,
i have disable firewall and antivirus protection and i still get this message:
installation of the NT service[spm license server] as failed.
license server will not run.
to install the service later on do:lictools -install
where can this command be done(anyway if ots the solution)

this is a job for tech support really...
anyway do the usual bunch of checks, are you logged in as administrator ? is
TCP/IP working properly ? do you have an antivirus or a firewall that is
monitoring ports ?
