Get>PolyMesh>Grid,
Cloth>From Selection>Preset>Silk,
then animate your camera from left to right, OOoops--

-Other Tips-
1) Glue your eyes on the Manual
2) Dive in and beat all the button's and strich all the slider's in the PPG.
3) Check on Google for Cloth Sim. You should find a Nice tutorial written by
Duncan_Burch.
   This should get you on the Run for the silk tape.
