Did anyone pay for a subscription to Rendernode Magazine?

I did, and received one issue in October of last year, shortly
thereafter I queried the editor, and he replied that their distrobution
server had been hacked, and that they expected to resume regular
distrobution in Janruary. Well, to make a long story short, it is now
July, and I still haven't seen a new issue. The web site is still up
and apparently being update to some extent, but it still shows the
latest issue to be October of 2004.

I am weighing my legal options, both criminal and civil.

For what it's worth, the editors and publisher of this 'publication'
are as follows, and I would advise NOT doing business with them.
