Back Thanks man :) Sometimes I get the terms mixed up in my words.

There's alot of tutorials on the web for modeling. http://www.3dtotal.com/
There not all done in TS but a Polygon meshes is a Polygon mesh in any app, just have your topology look like there's.

Perhaps I was a little unclear now that I posted my original message.
I will not be making the mask into an SDS object, which would destroy the look I wanted, I am going for the "blocky" squarish resemblance look so it would not look right to me if it was an SDS object.
I was trying to say, is that I was finding it difficult to mold my polygonal mask, onto my SDS head, for obvious reason to me, molding the mask onto a SDS head, trying to follow the curvatures of the head and make the mask look "like it fits" onto his head is the challenge.
If by chance I were to make my mask and SDS object, it would then take on a strange look from what I have seen. If you know SDS well enough you would know what it might look like, if not, I can easily give a screen shot.
So, in my last thought, taking my SDS head, and modeling my polygonal mask, and combining the two for a natural look seems to take it's toll on my personal modeling experience in TS. I'm not that skilled of a modeler compared to most here, after all, I have been conforming and designing this character head since February, LOL.
The mask is definitely a neat project for me, and I cannot wait to get some textures on it, but that is.... another email.
