Mr. RorKonn

Took my first course in 94 - 3D in hard core terms just started cause I want
too and  I am having fun with it.

I have seen your site and it is very good so I have to figure your shuckin me a
bit here.

Glue Tool : I should have referred to the unglue tool as the up down arrow keys
and
the seemingly ungluing effect it has by isolating various parts of  glued
objects.

It was refreshing to see the tool provided access to certain parts of an object
which is made up of more than one object.  I had wanted x y positions of a
various locations of the object and couldn't do that unless I went through the
heirarchy.  Now I know

Moreso that I could change a position as well, meaning it wasn't static in
position and  for whatever purpose could get its xy position from there as well
.

I am working on intersection points in the 3D workspace with various objects.
This tool
and related functionality worked just fine to establish location, movement,
position of objects as well.

I am aware of limitations and all that but some of them are my machines fault
or how I use the
tools in TrueSpace.  That's ok though cause the working in Truespace allows for
creative findings.

David how long ya been 3Ding & coding ?
RorrKonn's been 3Ding since 98,
RorrKonn can't code C++ but needs to learn C++.
don't care to code with anything else.
got blender but it's mostly in C.game engines in C++.
Don't have $7000 for Maya and they don't have a built in Poser.
even if they did.still would probably need other stuff to.

Don't get what ya mean about the glue tool.
a boolean that actually worked would have be helpful.
I need hair n cloth.

my OS is windows XP home edition.
