Lindows is not a Windows OS emulator. It is a Linux-based operating system. It runs Windows programs as well or as badly as other Linux-based operating systems, using Wine/Win4Lin[1]. Win4Lin (and VMWare) are programs that allow Windows to be installed in a "virtual machine", so that the issue of drivers needed is quite so severe. However, the emulated machines does not really provide raw access to the graphics card (and other hardware devices), but provide an emulated card/device of some specific model, which usually is quite limited in comparison to whatever may be physically installed in the machine.
