Truespace 7: Nvidia 5000/6000 vs. 9000 series from ATI

Truespace 7: Nvidia 5000/6000 vs. 9000 series from ATI

I may have gotten lucky, but my experience differs somewhat from that
mentioned below. My current system, the first full system I have assembled,
has an Nvidia mobo (A7N8X) with an ATI 9800 Pro (128mb) graphics card
(connected via AGP 8X). The machine is about 1.5 y/o (I think) and has
performed very well under WinXP pro. I run dual crt monitors without a
hitch. I'm not a gamer but run other somewhat demanding software: ArchiCAD &
Sketchup (3D CAD), Photoshop CS, Nikon Capture, etc. As well as TS(4.3 &
6.6) of course. My biggest complaint is total lack of, or limited software
support for dual monitors. For example, in TS I'd like to be able to place
toolbars, panels, etc on the second monitor and save various configurations.
Perhaps in TS7?
Regards,
Mike
