That's a real small island,the size looks to be about 8M x 8M.

I saw TV show on the learning channel or some channel like that.
they build a light tower on a rock about that size.
off the cost of Ireland, England around there some where.
the rock was only visible during low tide.

The bump just seems to big for such a small rock,but it's a pretty render.
