Back Hello All,
This Topic: Settings for the best computer integration with TrueSpace.
The topic calls for suggestions for tweaking settings with XP Pro.
The method: Pace your work.
The Crash situation to cool: My CPU runs at 100% alot and with it there can be processing demands greater than the processing resolve mechanisim my O.S. can do. So, When you don't know your O.S. max tweaks or your tweaks are maxed out, try to allow your action in the workspace to be timed. How ?
Space your mouse clicks is one way to doing it. Why? To let your computer catch up with what you are doing on screen. Why ?
Some computers will crash in various ways given working load demands and processing functionality of your computer. At least that's what I have found on my OK machine.
To what benifet ? I have reduced my crashes significantly with this technique. However I havn't yet been able to get it to crash with an option to save all the time before it takes the dive, yet.
Any tweaking references such as paging settings etc would be helpful.
Thanks and good sailing
