Thanksn for your reply, Libor.
This looks very interesting. DOd you happen to see the ideas I mentione re; possible architectural-object plug-in?
I like modeling buildings (I esp. like modeling persnickety little details <g!>) but some things have to be done over and over and over, and do get a bit tedious. So for example, a basic double-hung window, as I model it, is: - one overall frame (cube that's proportioned and then has the center booleaned out) - two smaller versions of the above to make the sashes - 2 flattened cubes, appropriately textures, 1 pane for each sash
It seems that this should be an easily-automated process (assuming I get the spare time and find a "Python For Morons" book <G!>)
Your Cabinet Maker looks similar in concept to what I was think of for a "Stair Master", where entering the height of the riser would yield the proper tread depth and visa versa, and the sotry height would create the appropriate number of stairs. Currnetly I just make the first one and use WFMM Multiplex (oldie but goodie <g>) to get the rest, but I have to keep looking up the correct ratio.
Anyway, the whole idea would be to allow tS to compete to at least some extent with some of the CAD programs, by automatinc some of the procedures that the CAD programs automate, while still being fairly accurate, easy-to-use, a superior modeler, and a superior renderer - for an affordable price.

Or might be a good excuse for me to extend myself from Russian to a bit of Czech - at the least get a decent dictionary =:-) !
It does look interesting tho', thanks for providing the links -
