Create a new emitter on the 2nd object, delete the new particleShape
node, and then select the original particles, then the new emitter, and
select "use selected emitter".  Does this work?

Ok, but the shape of the object is important for the born position of
the particles.
Example:

I modeled a "1" and a "2", "1" is emitting particles, and that particles
have expressions and are affected by forces. Now I want to emit that
same particles with that same expr and forces but from the object "2".

duplicate the object.  turn off primary visability on the oringinal.
