Closing TSML: bad idea 2005-04-28 - By Jason E Lechak
Back I don't think the TSML should be shut down either. Some of the forums don't get activity for excessive amounts of time, yet they remain open. Caligari Announcements, for example. That hasn't been updated since December 3rd. But it's still there on the forum list. Also, AFAIK, there is no notice of closing the TSX developer's mailing list, although there is virtually no activity there, Period.
So I think it's a good idea to keep the TSML open. It is a much faster way to get an answer, simply because those on the list receive an email and are much more inclined to reply than through a less-personal forum.
