Spencer,

You haven't been very specific with the details of your problem so I'm still
not clear if you have the shader in the relevant directory but it isn't
showing up to select within ShaderLab or if you can select it in ShaderLab
but not see the dialogues.

If it's the latter then you say you are using the freebie version of
ShaderLab so you won't get to see the dialogues for the custom parameters
for any shaders. All the free version lets you do is to use any shader
presets that have been defined and Catcher has none.
