L. A. Sys Admin needed...

I myself have worked many years in a company that thought
it was cheaper to hire few hard working people and have them
do the job of 3 or 4. It even works for a while... until those
people realize how badly they are taken advantage of, and find
another, more reasonable job. And when one of those people
leaves, it's like 3 or 4 people left the company all at once.
Also, what happens is that because of absolute lack of time,
these people don't document properly what they have done,
so, when they leave, nobody knows how their things work, and
when their tools break down everybody panics because they
don't know how to fix them.
Besides, you can't expect your people to work 16 to 24 hours a
day constantly... Not to mention the amount of mistakes you
make when you are too tired and stressed, but these people will
wake up one day, and realize it's not worth it to completely
sacrifice their life and that of their families for a company that
simply wants to milk them for all they have got. I have seen
companies lose hundreds of people in just a few months because
they felt no loyalty to a company that didn't care about how bad
their lives were, as long as it could squeeze as much as it could
from them.
