Back I gotcha - it's often the case that jumping results are Grid Snap. Has got me several times over the years, and most everyone else I know too :) Glad you got it solved! Thanks, Tom

Nah .... it wasn't the grid snap. that would be more of a sudden jerk to a new point if you asked me :) .. I has the SDS enabled, for some reason, when I would move a point, it would be a little sluggish, compared to just moving a point in wire frame which was smooth going.
