Old plugin compatibility question 2005-02-15 - By Rick Bolman
Back Hi Omar,
I know this is going to sound silly, but temporarily rename your ts6.exe to ts5.exe and then install. After you install, don't forget to name it back to ts6.exe.
Give that a try and see if it works for you.

Hello everyone,
I just got my hands on the four Paks! I must admit I was a bit let down when I saw most of the plugins included are for TS5, rather than 6. Still, I believe most of them should be compatible with TS6 (though I haven't tried them yet). Anyway, last night I was trying one called trueParticles, included in the fxPak if I remember correctly, but when I tried to install it, it kept asking for the TS5 installation folder. When I put the TS6 folder, it said it wasn't the TS5 folder (of course it wasn't), so I gave up trying to install it. Doesn anyone know if there is a way to make this plugin work in version 6? Thanks.
Sincerely, Omar
