I believe that it is a truly sad thing for trueSpace to enter the same
price range as several of the "high-end" packages.
I don't begrudge Caligari it's profit, but by taking trueSpace out of
the budgets of many beginners and hobbyists, the Caligari community
loses some of it's flavor.
I personally have been working with tS since version 2, and had to stop
buying upgrades and version 5.2 because of the expense, despite a
relatively lucrative job. I could probably afford it if I pinched and
saved, but it becomes an investment with insufficient return.
