The biggest cost for new software is learning and perhaps also
loosing a community.

Being a preogrammer working with user interfaces (but in an environment
with limited resources) I really appreciate tS user interface. Just
looking at other 3D apps puts me off. The only other app I would consider
is RealSoft3D, as it has a very intelligent total setup. It is just
the learning curve and pertly the UI that puts me off (consdering that
tS7 will catch up in renders). They have a mailinglist just like this one.
