XSI has some of (if not the best) character animation tools available.
While Poser has hair, XSI's hair is only included in the top package
because it is the best in the industry.

"of course Poser has real hair and cloth for $500 so why can't the
others App's like Vue has water for under $1000 but Nextlimit is in the
$1000's."

There's no such thing as "it has hair" or "it has water".  An
application may have the ability to do everything, but that doesn't mean
it will do it well.
