A lot of them had the funds for High End plugs.
Cause alot of them went and bolt High End App's.

They all ready make High end plugs like Messiah & Kaydra there for
multiple App's.
All that needs doing is make them a TS plug also.

What makes alot of Pro App,Pro our there Plugs.
takes there plugs away there not Pro.

I think that there were two reasons why plug-in developers were not
making
that much money from tS.  One was that not as many people were using tS
as
those using the higher end apps and of course, those who were using tS
were
primarily using it because it didn't cost as much as the higher end
apps.
Therefore, one could surmise that *most* tS users didn't have the money
to
pay for high quality plug-ins either.
