Using Bones and Skin 2004-11-30 - By Primitive Itch
Back Sorry you've had so much trouble; it's not supposed to work that way. :(
You didn't include your email address with your purchase, so we had no way to send you the license key. I'm afraid your request for support got stuck in our spam filter.
In any event, I will take care of it right away. Sorry again for the trouble.
Regards, Scott J. Miles Primitive Itch http://www.primitiveitch.com http://www.pixelfu.com/MotionStudio

I took a look at MotionStudio and liked what it let me do, so I've decided to get it.
I've had trouble with the "in-program" ordering however and tried to order it off the PrimitiveItch web site, but I haven't got any feedback that they've received it or are going to send the license key.
Has anyone else had problems with activation or getting ahold of their support? I've sent a couple of e-mails to their support@(protected) e-mail address, but so far no response.
