_Riddlemaster's_ bit long, what with it being a trilogy but _Forgotten
Beasts of Eld_ would be good.  I like _Sorceress and Cygnet and _Cygnet and
Firebird_ too as well as any of the later ones. _Beasts_ has talking animals
and a young person growing up too which Miazaki seems to like.  He seems to
handle children especially well.

Wait a minute... comic or animation?  I'd love to see these books in either
medium really but it'd be an especially hard sell in illustrated book format
just because there are no half dressed chicks or explosions in them. <g>
