I have the same problem. I installed C4P with TP1, and I had P6
installed on that machine, but not P4. It wouldn't accept the
executable for P6, so I tried installing P4PP on the machine as well,
and it STILL refuses to do anything with it.

Is it possible that it simply can't read the correct path info for the
elements of the PZ3 file if they aren't in the runtime that is in the
P4 folder? I would hope that, even though it might be annoying, it
would at least say, "Ah, hah! A functioning executable!" and then ask
the path for every piece of geometry and texture until it had
everything it needed, but all it does is go TO THE FOLDER CONTAINING
THE EXECUTABLE and ask for it! :-( I even tried un- and reinstalling
C4P, but all I get is this retarded behavior; I wanted C4P so that I
could do exactly this, import Poser files, so it's pretty much a waste
of money for me ... :-(
