use Hex or Carrara VM?

use Hex or Carrara VM?

Questions for expert vertex modelers.....

I've done very little in Carrara VM, and Hex is still new to me.

Answers to these question should help a lot of dual (Hex & Carrara) users.

What things that can't be done in one modeler can be done in the other...in
other words, which modeler must be used to do certain tasks? (an example is
creasing edges)

When either modeler has the capability, which program is
better/easier/faster/less error prone/etc. to use?

There may be some personal preferences and some disagreements among experts,
but anything that helps point us in the better direction is appreciated.

I'm thinking between the two modeling tools, most anything can be done so
moving back and forth to achieve certain effects may be needed for some
models.

Any tips on work flow is appreciated. Right now it seems that it's best to
start in Hex and do all that can be done, save/export and finish modeling in
Carrara and then render in Carrara.

Anyone have a better approach?
