***Network Rendering Troubles*** 2005-06-30 - By Steve
Back Bill, you don't need another external IP address to network render, network rendering is all done on the local area network. you can assign each machine on your local area network a specific name and then use the network wizard in xp to setup a home office network. steve

this message is for the group at large attn: Harvey & Steve this is a follow up from last night chat.
I'm trying to set up a wireless home network with a Wireless router so I can do network rendering in C4P.
I talked with a Support Rep. from my ISP Sprint and he explained to me that if I wanted an Static IP Address it would cost extra $10.00 per month. That is out of my price range.
Therefore I'm wondering is there anyway I still use Network-rendering with a dynamic IP Address?
Thanks, Turk_WLF
