Amapi 3d v.5 start up trouble

Hello,

I'm new to Carrara Studio.  I was wondering if anyone can help me or have
experienced this problem.  I purchased Carrara Studio 3 to learn before I
getting 4.  I installed Carrara Studio with no problems, but when I tried to
install Amapi 3D v.5 my computer couldn't install the program.  My computer
produced the following computer message:  c:\WINDOWS\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT  The
system file is not suitable for running MD-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications.  Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
