I think the key problem I am having is that the chat window is not
engaging. The main IRC info window shows up with no problem. Just
not the chat window. :( The info window specified that I was logged
on. Don't know what the problem is, though, seeing that it worked
with the last session I had on the Carrara channel. <sigh> I'll have
to hack some more but will try to look into prison.net as well as
another connection option at least.

Yeah, I went to Brian's site, but couldn't locate one. Couldn't find
one on Dan's site either. I am hoping that someone would know of
another window-based chat area for the Carrara group because until I
figure out my mIRC software problem, that is my only option for
chatting with you guys. <sigh> Oh well.
