Hexagon export question

Hexagon export question

Hi chaps,

Been away for a couple of weeks, so apologies if this one's cropped
up in the meantime...

Finally had some time to get to grips with Hexagon. I've got some
organic models to make, and my intended workflow is base mesh in
Hexagon => detailing and texturing in Zbrush => Render in Carrara.
I'm creating shading domains in Hex to ease the texturing process,
and exporting through .obj format, which should support them, but
Zbrush doesn't want to recognise them for some reason.

For the moment I've fallen back to splitting different shading
domains into separate objects, grouping them, and letting Zbrush
merge them on import, but it's extra work, and makes it harder to go
back and tweak the Hexagon mesh...

So any clues or tales to tell? Is this a Hexagon problem or a Zbrush
problem?

Thanks in advance,

Giles
