The NPR is *supposed* to have these extra lines as it's meant to look like a
pen-ink
sketch. This often creates bizarre "errors" where linecolor fills in and blots
out the scene,
etc. As an alternative I'd suggest the TOONPRO plugin from Digital Carver's
Guild:
