Eovia response - Thanks 2005-06-09 - By Doug Schafer
Back A BIG thanks to Eovia for fast and excellent responses to user community on this list.
I know of no other company that listens and replies as well as Eovia. They seem to watch this list all the time and really try to serve us. Not only their tech support, but developers, and senior management....whomever has the best answers.
That kind of help gives me confidence to buy Eovia products knowing that the inevitable problems will be fixed, new ideas may get coded into the products, and serious help is available not only from all the other users but also from the "source".
