You don't really have to worry too much about the shadows being too
consistant with the exact lights you place - only turn on shadows for a very
small number of stationary lights that also light the rest of the scene.
Then create an array of lights that ONLY lights the girl, and does not
create shadows. Next parent this array of lights to the girl so that it
moves with her (but usually you don't want it to rotate with the subject).
I'm not exactly sure how to do this in TS since I havnt used it in years,
but there's got to be a way :)

And yes, in film it absolutely does not matter if it's accurate or real -
only that it looks real.
