a crazy thought: our own booth at Siggraph? 2005-06-02 - By staigermanus

I was just thinking how great it would be if we could have a booth at
Siggraph owned and funded by various 3D addicts and 2D artists. How
about for example if I put in $1000 to name it the booth of
TheBest3D.com, and others like Eric Winemiller and Ringo or Brycetech
and Doug Sahlin each had their products for display, books, CDs, ....
and they each put in somewhere between $200 and $500 so that we got
enough to cover a 10x10 booth? It doesn't take much more then, i.e.
just a 8-foot table and 2 chairs, which we bring in ourselves. Focus
on content, not on interior design skills or presentation ;-)
Anyone interested in pitching in?
