Actually, which lines are you referring to? Could you please post a screenshot depicting these lines? Perhaps they are something that can be turned off in preferences. I don't see or have any "lines" per se when I use Hexagon. The only lines I have are the ones used when measuring out an arc or curve. Other than the grids (which can be turned off), I do not recognize or see any lines in Hexagon.
