http://www.turbosquid.com has several fetuses to choose from.
http://ftp-rocq.inria.fr/Eric.Saltel//download/download.php also has
one.
http://www.3dcadbrowser.com/ also has several.
If you have Poser 6 you can alter the baby model to look like an
older fetus.
You may want to pin down what age fetus you want before you start
looking.
I have a second trimester fetus that I modeled a few years ago in
