Architects Plans 2005-05-26 - By Mike Moir
Back Hey Nigel, When I get a dxf to use in Carrara I always get 3d dxf's, for me the 2d dxfs are too much work , tracing the floor plans and elevations in a 2d app and exporting the traced ai files to use in carrara is quicker. Also using the vm and tracing jpegs of the floor plans and elevations also works fairly well. Good luck.
