Hi Eric,
That's strange, because these videos have been tested on Tiger with
QuickTime 7. It's the same for both? Do you have the same problem with the
videos from the documentation?

Hi Bob,
What's the trick to making the intro videos work? I've installed the
latest Quicktime and all I get is a grey window for the video. I can
hear the voice.
