There are three ways:
1. In C4 on the PC you can grab Michael's free plug-in at http://www.associatedfx.com/plugins.html. 2. If you've got Anything Grooves (any version or platform), you can use the Edit|Convert Deformed Object to Mesh tool. 3. You can export the object as a OBJ file and then reimport.
