Hi,

Deeper can read normal maps define in a local space,
while Baker read the one define in global space. The
files I worked on from ZBrush all used a global space
to define their normal map, so I guess you would need
Baker.
If you want, you can send me your file at
support@(protected) and I'll check it to see if Baker
can read it.
