Back If you can get the camera motion as fbx or bvh (which is possible with SynthEyes at least), you can import the fbx or bvh motion for the camera... I've never done this, but I just know it's possible...
Carl, I think he wants the original video on top of it, so what you want is to use a billboard or plane with the texture mapped onto it, and then you want to use the Point at modifier, to make it always face the camera...
